Detention in summer school?

was this fair? my sister is my english teacher in summer school and gave me a detention for being late by like 5 minutes! then she gave the whole class an additional detention for talking. and finally, i got yet another detention from my ****** sister for chewing gum. they r all 1 hour detentions. i hate my sister
