Did Usool Al Kafi took narrations from Ahlel-Bayt?

I'm not sure why but it can explain why the Al Kafi has some weird narrations which are probably unacceptable to Sunni muslims. By the way, is it a valid 'riwayat' of Hadiths? Which ones are acceptable by all muslims? Sorry to answer with a question.
