Have a Lane cedar chest, no serial # just a style no. on bottom, G48 S.R.?

Received an old Lane cedar chest on wheels, no serial number, just something on the bottom that reads "Style No. G48.S.R. Any info would be appreciated. I heard that Lane no longer makes cedar chests, that the company was sold.
