Replay feature not available on a burned dvd?

I'm burning some videos I down loaded from the internet, they were converted into files that can be played on windows media play. The windows DVD maker will burn it all the way to 99% then say it can't be burned. I'm using DVD+R discs. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
