Can you refuse to give up your blood/urine/hair whatever for drug tests?

Laws vary by state. Some states have no DUID laws. I live in Ohio and there are DUID laws here. If an officer orders a urinalysis and or a breathalyser test and you refuse you are automatically guilty. if an officer orders the test on a person who was injured and being treated in the hospital the hospital will simply draw blood. Of course you can refuse to let them if your conscious. Once again though..refusal is admission of guilt.
