Does being unattractive impair your ability to make friends?

You should definitely be upset about this. These girls sound like horrible people that obviously have very low self esteem. Your looks should not be a factor when you are meeting a person with decent character. Tell your friends how you feel and see how it plays out. If they ditch you for these girls then I guess they weren't such great friends after all.
