How can I manage both college and a job?

I really want a part time (at least) job with insurance and that kind of stuff but my mom does not want me to give up on becoming an R.N.. Is there a way to arrange my work schedule so that it does not collide with school? By the way, I am signed up for four classes for fall semester. How many hours must I work to get full employee benefits
