Back and tummy hair help?

k so my friend & i are having a sleepovr and she is really self concious about her hair on her tummy and back. (we r going to the pool tmrw and she's borrowing my bikini).I mean The hair is BAD. almost man-like. She is 14 and what should she do with it? how do you take off the tummy and back hair?...it is SUPER noticible.
