Please I need help !!?

My little cousin was moving it and i dont know how to unblock it but in the screen it has a little symbol and it has the number one it ! But it also has the button with that symbol and i try pressing it and it says unavailable so how to i unblock it ! Cause i cant get answer calls or make calls ! So please help !!!
